Business Expo

Business Expo Committee

  • Help to plan the yearly event.
  • Oversee a designated area of responsibility.
  • Approximately 4-5 meetings a year.
  • Day of the event - volunteer to help with set up & tear down, work the front door, man the Chamber booth.

Christmas in the Village Committee

  • Volunteers to help line up parade and participants for Craft Shows, Festival of the Trees, decorations, and other charitable items.
  • Events coordinated for both Friday & Saturday in Mid-November.
  • Day of the event - volunteers to assist in set up.
  • Operation of all events.

Day Lillys

Downtown Flower Planting

  • Plant flowers in the Main Street flower boxes and on the bridge.
  • Mid-May before Memorial Day.

Farmers Market

  • Help to plan the weekly events.
  • Coordinate advertising & promotions.
  • Recruite and accomodate vendors.
  • Day of the events - volunteers needed to set up and tear down.
  • Events held every Thursday from May through October.

Golf Outing Foursome

Golf Outing Committee

  • Help to plan the yearly event. Event is held in June and runs from approximately 8 am until 3 pm.
  • Deciding on date, venue, deciding on games, recruiting participants, and other tasks associated with the event.
  • Approximately 3-5 meetings a year.
  • Day of the event - volunteers needed to attend to games at different holes, help with set up & wrap up.

Halloween Fun

Halloween Carmel Apples on the Mill Porch

  • Volunteer to have fun with caramel apples and Trick or Treaters.

Meet Manchester

   "Meet Manchester" Committee

  • Help to plan the yearly event.
  • Participate at an area activity
  • Help coordinate with other Clubs for Participation.
  • Approximately 3-5 meetings a year.
  • Day of the event - volunteers needed to assist in activities and other Club contributions.
